I was telling the others about the powdered dehydrated fruit we get here in all the supermarkets in the UK. Isn't it great that we get fruit all year round over here? Simply add water and POOF you have instant fruit!

Here in the UK, we don't have seasonal fruit and veg, we can buy fruit all year round. We have powdered fruit and you just add water to rehydrate it so it returns to the full size and shape of the fresh fruit. My fave is pineapple! Yummers!
