I think mine would have to be childhood, obviously because I didn't have to worry about shit. But, more realistically, my junior year of high school. That was just a good time in my life where everything, I thought, was beginning to make sense. I thought the stars were aligned just for me. I had developed major bonds that I thought would never be broken. I had proven to myself that I could make it through some really hard, hard stuff. That's probably my most fond memory. It all changed the next year though, and I haven't reverted back yet.

Mine is the birth of my sister. I was only 4 at the time, but I remember that I couldn't wait for her to get here. When she was finally born, I ran up to the nursery window to see her. And proceeded to tell half the hospital, "Look! She SMILED at me!!!"

I guess if I had been somewhat lucid that day, it would have been when my son was born. Talk about being over-medicated. Other than that, seeing MCR for the first time was pretty damn awesome. And the second time. Only it was WAY hotter that day. I almost passed out it was so hot. Or maybe that was because Frank licked the side of Gerard's face. Hard to tell.

I have another better happier memory. It was recent, too.
It was a concert I went to, and you know how people don't really carry lighters to concerts anymore? The normally use their cellphones during the ballads?
The arena was glowing with all of these blue LCD lights. I was "in the moment." You know the one where you don't really know what's going on around you? You're just in the song and it's just you, the lyrics, and the band?
That's where I was.
I looked up and in the midst of all of the cell phone lights, I saw one solitary lighter. I fucking lost it. I started crying because the beauty of it completely overwhelmed me. The lyrics, the moment, combined with that lonely lighter made me so happy inside. I was happy to be alive that night.
Maybe that was my most fond memory. I'm gonna go with yeah.

Hey, guys. Only a quick post, then I am back off again. But I went into our blog and changed the name to original punks instead of Original Punks and it showed in lowercase letters on the profile page. Then I commented on one of our posts. If you pull up the post so it shows the comments on the original blog page, it showed as lower case AFTER I changed it, and as Original Punks BEFORE. (I've changed it to the upper case now.)
If you check the mayonaise comments from the main blog page, you do see that the ones from the first night he posted were Mayonaise, and then the ugly ones and the one today show as mayonaise.
When those insulting comments came in yesterday, I was back and forth in the profile page to see if he changed the time. At no time did the name title change to mayonaise. It was always Mayonaise.
It appears to be completely fake.

a news flash came on the tv that the princess diana had a car crash and dies. my mum burst out crying and my dad sat there with his face so shocked and i was really upset. i rememeber that day like it was yesterday and i dont think i will ever forget it.

So here is my swell idea. Whatwith the holidays around the corner and all, wouldn't it be nice if we all gave gifts to each other, and to May and SS?
Okay, before you freak out, I'm not talking about "gifts" as such, just something nice that we can spring out all at once on a designated day.
These things can be whatever. An image you found on the internet, something you drew, a poem, something you wrote yourself, a photograph, a song, lyrics, a link to a page you love, whatever. The only thing is, it has to be from you, to us. And/or from you to Mayo and/or SS. As many as you want. Like Secret Santa but without the secret part! And without the Santa too, I guess.
We could all think of something to give, then at some designated day--maybe the last post before Xmas, if it's close enough?--we spring them out all at once. To make sure everyone sees it, you can put GIFT in bold just like that before your post.
But that's only if nothing horrible or retarded happens before then. You know, only good boys and girls get prezzies. ^_~
What do you guys think? I will post over at Mayo's for everyone to come here EXCEPT Mayo and SS. (And I doubt they will anyway, because I don't think either of them lurk here.
