Haiku and pop culture mixed,
nothing broken, nothing fixed
Here is truth and here's creation
joy and horror, pain, elation,
in a story, small salvation
And here is laughter, here we're free
to be whatever we may be
and though others may disagree,
we greet the castle, greet its lord
and do so of our own accord

Be it known I'd so much rather
read my friends and all their "blather,"

I did a bit of trim painting & touch-ups this weekend, and finally cleaned att the paint tins and brushes and stuff out of my kitchen, but that was the extent of it.
Well, you gotta start by prepping the equipment sweetie.
True. My next task is to tape off my bedroom walls & put primer on in there. But it's a fairly big room so I'm going to wait a bit before I tackle that.
It'll never get done by waiting a bit.
I know what you mean though, it's hard to get started when it is a big project. Especially when there's something good on TV or you see something shiney.
