joy and horror, pain, elation,
in a story, small salvation
And here is laughter, here we're free
to be whatever we may be
and though others may disagree,

Be it known I'd so much rather
read my friends and all their "blather,"

I most definitely need to try some. I can't keep popping all this acetamenophin.
I had chamomile tea one time before bed, and I can attest to it knocking my ass out.
But, last night, I don't think anything would have helped. I was just wired.
