Mustard, you give them bits and bits. Open up a little. Show them your underbelly slowly. You have to learn to trust. It's a big step. But if they're into you, they will want to know how and why you tick.

I ate something that's giving me adjida (heartburn).
I saw your post and it intrigued me. I've been through a lot in my life and I'm lucky I've turned out as well as I have. I've surrounded myself with good people. My husband helps me carry the cross I bear. He makes it not as heavy as it could be.
He was willing to hear my story and is helping me to write a new one. If your partner is a good soul, they will do that for you too.
Oh, well this question was just in case it ever happened.
It was just worrying me. I didn't know if what I thought is something others thought, too, you know?
It's great that you've found someone that gives that to you and does help you when you need it. That's really great.
And the heartburn again? That's not any good.
